Donations to Crossfield PTO are put towards our operating budget, providing support for classroom resources, community events, educational field trips and programs-inspiring students to strive for more. As part of our community, our generous Crossfield families and supporters directly help students succeed intellectually, emotionally and socially throughout their futures.

 
What does the PTO provide to Crossfield staff & students?

The PTO supplements the Crossfield FCPS budget by providing funds for things like lap-tops, assemblies, books & supplies, scholarships, staff-development, technology & infrastructure, teacher appreciation week, playground equipment, field trips, social activities & our annual yearbook.

Crossfield can earn THOUSANDS of dollars each year when parents take a few minutes to register for the various programs offered by local stores.

 

Harris Teeter Together in Education Program

Harris Teeter's Together in Education program gives schools a chance to earn funds when you link your VIC card and shop Harris Teeter brands. Harris Teeter has donated over $32.4 million to Together in Education schools since 1998! When you shop Harris Teeter brands, a percentage of your purchase is donated to your school. There are NO LIMITS to how much a school can earn. Link your card via this Google form or in store by mentioning Crossfield Elementary School or code 5139. VIC cards must be re-linked at the beginning of every school year!

 

Giant Food

Link your Giant Food card online, in store, or sign in to your account. During the registration window, select up to 2 schools to support. Selected school(s) earn money from your qualified purchases during the program year.


Box Tops for Education


When you see the Box Tops label on any product you purchase (like Cheerios!), use the Box Tops app to scan your receipt within 14 days of purchase. Box Tops are worth 10¢ for our school and add up quickly. The app will find participating products purchased at any store and instantly add cash to our school’s earnings online.
